I’ve designed your effective and easy to follow body transformation workouts and placed them in the secret Virtual Body Transformation Facebook page for easy access.
Each month I will offer a specifically designed workout for each level – beginner, intermediate, advanced. You simple pick your level and begin your prescribed workout. You can also, advance at any time to a higher level based on your results to date. I, along with the team, can help guide you in that decision process. Each month I will then release your new workout plan for the following 30 day period with increasing intensity.
You choose where to train each day. Maybe one day, say Tuesday, you want to hit the gym. Then on Thursday you need to workout at home. The Virtual Body Transformation workouts are designed for both home and gym. Even for the park or hotel if need be!
Be ready to do some real work! Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, these workouts are designed for results.
And, you will be a participant in one of four virtual fitness Tribes in the Inner Circle designed for support, accountabilty and encouragement from like-minded people with similar goals. You can team up for a workout plan, do your own plan or mix it up and still get the power of a unified Tribe. Choose from:

The Beginner Body Transformation Workouts consists of six workout days and one rest day each week.
Two fat burning days
Two days of toning and strength
Special Fit Tuesday Challenge

The Intermediate Workouts- Amaz’in Fit-N-Sexy Tribe
The Intermediate Body Transformation workouts are designed for those who have been exercising regularly for at least two months. With increased intensity and complexity, there must be a beginner level foundation already established in order to be successful at this level.The intermediate workouts consists of:
Two fat burning days
Two days of toning and strength work
A special Fit Tuesday Challenge
One core/stretch day
A Sweaty Saturday Session!
The Advanced Workouts- Rip It Up! Tribe
The Advanced Body Transformation Workouts are for those who, having already achieved a solid fitness foundation and want to take thier fitness to the next level. This level is a challenge but will torch fat and build muscle!
You’ll be completing 5 strength training workouts a week along with 15-20 minute sessions of high intensity interval training. Program sessions will include:
Super sets
Compound sets
Drop sets
Circuits
TABATA
HIIT

Half Marathon Training Workouts- Hit the Streets Tribe
The Half Marathon Body Transformation workouts are designed for those who have a desire to train for and complete a half marathon by the end of the Virtual Body Transformation event. These workouts will include focused marathon trainng from a beginner level to include progressive distance running, core strength and power, flexibility and stretching. There will not be any weight training or additional cardio in this program! By the end of the 12 weeks, with consistency and dedication, you should be ready for your first run and have a full marathon in your sights.
