OK – let me tell the whole world why I am absolutely raving on and on about Carl Mason-Liebenberg and his whole approach to nutrition and wellness.
First of all he was so generous in sending me suggestions when I couldn’t shake my flu bug in January (and what he suggested worked by the way)
Second – as I was recovering I had a gander at his website and went back to read all of those newsletters I’d signed up for but was too busy to read. If only I’d read them properly I would probably not have had flu – lesson learned!

I’ve been a coach now for nearly 12 years and, have met several health and well being coaches over that time. One took me under her wing and what she said seemed to make sense – but it was all too extreme and such a massive change from my ‘normal’ way of eating that I couldn’t maintain things.

Carl teaches that you CAN have things you like – he has taught me how to make healthy food choices that will make a massive difference to my nutrition and well being. But the best part is that I don’t have to do away with all the things I like and force myself to eat stuff I don’t. And that – for me – is what will make all the difference. No doubt I will introduce new things and eventually let go of some old favourites – but I now know I can make healthy progress and enjoy eating too. And I know this is something I can maintain – forever – not just a few weeks.
